HP Envy x360 14 (2024) is a well-rounded 2-in-1 laptop that combines high-quality design, reliable performance, and intuitive adaptability. This convertible laptop is designed for workers, students, and creatives alike and is a strong contender in the premium thin-and-light ultra-book market. The Envy x360 14’s aluminum chassis and streamlined aesthetics are designed for durability, performance, and everyday usability, not just to look beautiful.

From the start, the HP Envy x360 14 (2024) exudes workmanship. The aluminum build provides a solid, quality feel without weighting it down. It weighs only 1.39 KG, therefore, it is easy to carry around whether you’re commuting or between meetings.

The chassis that measures 313.3 x 218.9 x 16.9 mm, achieves a good mix of portability and structural integrity. The 5.9 mm bezels complement the minimalist frame, creating a modern and immersive viewing experience with a screen-to-body ratio of approximately 82.9%. The Envy x360 which comes in Silver and Blue, accommodates to personal style preferences while maintaining professionalism.

This 2-in-1 device’s main feature is its 14-inch IPS LCD touchscreen with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. With a 16:10 aspect ratio, users have extra vertical screen area which is ideal for reading, writing, and multitasking. The 162 PPI pixel density offers bright graphics and crisp text, thus, making the display suitable for both media consumption and productivity.

Its glossy covering improves contrast and color vibrancy but it may be reflective in direct light. HP Envy x360 14 (2024) is powered by Intel’s Core Ultra 5 125U processor. With a basic clock speed of 1.3 GHz and a turbo boost of up to 4.3 GHz, this CPU can handle demanding workloads including multitasking, spreadsheet manipulation, photo processing, and even light development duties. It also has a 12 MP L3 cache to improve multitasking performance and reduce latency.

The Intel Arc iGPU handles graphics chores and has four cores. It is developed on an efficient 7 nm production technique. This system-shared GPU works well for media rendering and casual gaming. The island-style keyboard provides a comfortable typing experience with well-spaced buttons and decent travel. While the HP Envy x360 14 (2024) lacks Dolby Atmos, it nevertheless produces amazing sound for a thin and lightweight notebook. The two speakers provide a maximum output of 80.6 decibels, providing clear and full audio for media consumption, video calls, and light entertainment. The device also has two built-in microphones that ensure your speech is heard clearly during calls or recordings.

The webcam resolution is impressive at 2592 x 1944, greatly above the standard 720p or 1080p selections. This makes it an excellent choice for professionals and content makers that require clear video for virtual meetings or live streaming.

Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4 provide quick and consistent connectivity for working online, exchanging data, and connecting wireless accessories. The port selection includes 2x USB 3.2, 2x USB 4.0 with Thunderbolt 4 connectivity and a 3.5mm audio connector, providing enough of options for devices and quick data transfers. However, it lacks an SD card reader which might be problematic for photographers and makers.
