High-performance tablet devices like the OSCAL Pad 100 are taking the lead in redefining the tablet experience in a world where digital consumption is becoming more and more prevalent without breaking the wallet.

This tablet makes its mark in the mid-range market with aggressive hardware, a cutting-edge software interface, and comprehensive multimedia features. The OSCAL Pad 100 is a strong and multi-purpose tool in a stylish, long-lasting frame that is designed to support both productivity and entertainment. It’s not simply another generic slate.

  • Display Type: IPS
  • Screen Size: 12-inch
  • OS: Doke OS 5.0 (Android 15)
  • CPU: 2x 1.8 GHz ARM Cortex-A75, 6x 1.6 GHz ARM Cortex-A55
  • Resolution: 2000 x 1200 pixels
  • RAM: 8 GB, 12 GB LPDDR4X
  • Storage: 256 GB UFS 2.2
  • Camera: Rear Camera (SK Hynix Hi-1634, 30 fps), Front Camera (ISOCELL, 30 fps)
  • Sensors: Proximity, Light, Accelerometer
  • Battery: 9000 mAh Li-Ion Fast Charging

OSCAL Pad 100 has a neat, polished appearance right away. With dimensions of 281.7 mm for width, 177.2 mm for height, and only 9 mm for thickness, it seems elegant and well-balanced.

With its ergonomic curves and 2.5D curved glass front that effortlessly integrates into the plastic shell, the tablet feels light even though it weighs 615 grams. The matte finish which comes in blue and gray, helps keep a clean, new look over time by fending off scratches and fingerprints.

Its plastic build helps it weigh less than metal tablets of the same size and it holds up well under normal handling conditions. Even while some people might prefer a more expensive metal finish, the Pad 100’s sturdy build holds up well in daily use.

OSCAL Pad 100’s 10.1-inch IPS display that has a decent 194 PPI and a resolution of 2000 x 1200 pixels, is one of its most notable characteristics. The screen isn’t the sharpest on the market but it has a great contrast, vibrant colors, and wide viewing angles, making it perfect for reading, streaming, and light gaming.

The 5:3 aspect ratio balances landscape and portrait usage, making it ideal for productivity and multimedia applications.

Additionally, this display supports Widevine L1 which ensures full HD playback from services like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, a great feature for those who enjoy entertainment. Some protection from small drops and abrasions is provided by the scratch-resistant glass.

Built on a 12 nm technology, the Unisoc Tiger T615 chipset is the brain behind the OSCAL Pad 100. Its octa-core CPU effectively manages multitasking and overall performance by combining two ARM Cortex-A75 cores operating at 1.8 GHz with six Cortex-A55 cores operating at 1.6 GHz. The performance is dependable and seamless whether you’re using office programs, video calling, or browsing.

Up to 12 GB of LPDDR4X RAM supports the processor and enables reasonable multitasking and quick app switching. For this price range, the in-built 256 GB UFS 2.2 storage is remarkably quick that speeds up app loads and gives enough space for files, programs, and media. The microSD allows for storage expansion, providing flexibility that many rivals don’t.

The Mali-G57 GPU which has a clock speed of 850 MHz, guarantees smooth HD video playback and casual games. Although it might not offer ultra settings for high-end gamers, it is competitive in the mid-range market.

Doke OS 5.0, an enhanced user interface built on top of Android 15, is pre-installed on the OSCAL Pad 100. Doke OS is renowned for being small, adaptable, and packed with clever tools that actually improve the user experience. You get improved notification management, privacy options, and overall optimization with Android 15 beneath.

There is no bloatware, unlike other tablets in this category and the interface is easy to use with seamless transitions. The current software architecture ensures future-proofing and app compatibility.

Even though tablets aren’t meant for taking pictures, the OSCAL Pad 100 has a respectable collection of cameras. There is a 16 MP SK Hynix Hi-1634 CMOS sensor on the back with an f/1.8 aperture, autofocus, LED flash, and other functions like digital zoom, HDR, panorama, and geotagging. It captures video at 30 frames per second which is more than enough for casual shooting, document scanning, and video updates.

The front camera records at 30 frames per second and has an ISOCELL sensor with an f/2.0 aperture. It adds a level of convenience and security and is perfect for face unlocking and video calls.

OSCAL made significant progress in the audio domain. Whether you’re watching movies or participating in Zoom meetings, the two BOX stereo speakers and Smart PA technology provide a loud, clear, and engaging audio experience. In both portrait and landscape orientations, the dual earphone arrangement provides balanced sound.

There are several choices for connectivity. You can stay connected wherever you go; it’s because of the dual SIM capability with LTE, WCDMA, and GSM bands. GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, and BeiDou for precise navigation, Bluetooth 5.0, and Wi-Fi 5 with dual-band compatibility are all included.

To increase its usefulness, the USB Type-C 2.0 connector now offers data sync, OTG, and charging. Additionally supported are OTA updates, computer sync, VoLTE, and tethering.

Everything is powered by a sturdy 9000 mAh Li-Ion battery. Under a variety of circumstances, its high-capacity battery readily provides a full day’s user for tasks like document editing and video streaming. Fast charging is supported by the tablet that minimizes downtime and increases productivity. It eliminates the need to continually hover around power outlets; making it the ideal travel companion.

Fast and precise face unlock enhances security, and key sensors like light, accelerometer, and proximity allow for seamless auto-rotation and screen brightness adjustments. Although a fingerprint scanner would have been useful, face unlock works well.

Functionality, durability, and performance are all combined in the stylish and reasonably priced OSCAL Pad 100. It can comfortably handle a wide range of daily usage, from work and school to leisure and light gaming; thanks to its capable hardware, stunning display, long-lasting battery life, and current Android 15 experience.
